Helen Schmid

Helen is the founder of My Strategy Mentor. Prior to founding My Strategy Mentor in 2021, Helen was a Director of Marketing Strategy at Walmart Corporate. She has 10+ years of experience launching new brands and leading high-growth teams at Walmart, Amazon, and L’Oreal. Helen’s work experience ranges from overseeing 9-digit budgets at large corporations to spearheading growth at start-ups in the seed and post-acquisition lifecycle. Helen has spoken at multiple conferences and was published in the Harvard Business Review. She is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business.

In her personal time, Helen loves being outdoors, traveling with her family, and sharing the message of generosity as a board member of Women Doing Well. Helen and her husband Ben reside in the Philadelphia suburbs with their two young children.
