This session will explore the opportunities and implications for investment, tax, legal, and M&A professionals and the clients and business owners they serve in the backdrop of an unprecedented intergenerational transfer of wealth. Charitable gift alternatives will be considered with respect to gifts of cash, securities, and asset-based gifts with a focus on charitable planning, business succession, and exit strategy. A case study incorporating personal and family dynamics in addition to business considerations will also be shared with attendees.

Session Two
Women & Wealth

Statistics, Legacy, Influence, and Heart Matters

Session attendees will be informed of the latest statistics behind the transfer of wealth to women, their accelerating role in the forming of new businesses, and their great influence and leadership in charity. A panel discussion led by Valerie Hogan will provide valuable insight to advisors as they explore the technical and relational aspects of women and families affected by the great wealth transfer and all the charitable implications involved.

Session Three
